Privacy Policy

Effective April 18, 2026

Southwest Electrical Solutions (“we,” “us”) is a veteran- and family-owned electrical contractor based in Lake Havasu City, AZ, serving the Western Arizona. This policy explains what we collect when you use swelectricpro.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

If anything here is unclear, call us at (928) 208-2624 or reach out via our contact page.

Information we collect

Contact form submissions. When you send us a message, we collect the name, phone number, email address (optional), service category, and project details you provide. We use this to respond to your inquiry — nothing else.

Site analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to understand how visitors find and use the site. This includes aggregate page views, device category, referring source, and a few anonymous click events (for example, whether the call button or the contact form is being used more often). We do not combine this data with personally identifying information.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your questions and schedule work.
  • Keep records of jobs and quotes for our customers.
  • Understand which parts of the site are working and which need improvement.
  • Measure whether our marketing (word of mouth, search, Yelp) is actually reaching people.

How we share your information

We do not sell your data. Period. We share information only with the small number of service providers we need to run the business:

  • Resend — delivers the contact-form email to our inbox.
  • Vercel — hosts the website and provides analytics.
  • Google Workspace — hosts our work email accounts where your message lands.

We may also share information if we're legally required to (court order, law enforcement), or if the business is ever sold or merged.

Cookies & tracking

The site uses Vercel Analytics, which captures a small set of anonymous click events (phone clicks, form submissions) to help us understand what works. We do not currently run third-party advertising cookies or retargeting pixels. If we add them in the future, we'll update this page before doing so.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights over your information:

  • California (CCPA/CPRA). You have the right to know what personal information we've collected about you, to request its deletion, to correct inaccuracies, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information — so there's nothing to opt out of — but if you'd like a copy or a deletion, ask us.
  • Nevada (SB 220).Nevada residents may direct us not to sell their covered information. Again: we don't sell data, and we have no plans to.
  • Arizona (Consumer Data Privacy Act). Arizona residents have rights to access and request deletion of personal information we hold. Reach out and we'll handle the request.

To exercise any of these rights, call us or use the contact page. We'll verify who you are before acting on the request.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through the form, let us know and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the business changes or as new privacy laws come into effect. The date at the top of the page is always the latest effective date. Material changes — for example, adding a new tracking tool — will be posted here before they take effect.
